Create your ideal wine

Step inside the old Police Station within the Domaine Cellar to find out all the secrets of blending wines and have a go at creating THE ideal vintage to suit your palate.

Format

Blending takes place over two days (2 sessions each lasting 1 hour) and is available for individuals, couples or groups of friends.

On the first day, our cellarmaster will explain the process, advantages and aims of blending, as well as the benefits of the different grape varieties that you will taste straight from the barrel.

You can then try your first attempt at blending.

On the second day, having learnt from your first experience and on the advice of the cellarmaster, you will once again taste wine from the different barrels on offer and put together a new blend.

Your vintage

Your vintage will be reproduced on a scale of 3 bottles, then filtered and labelled for the occasion. You will therefore leave with bottles from your very own vintage, to drink straight away or to store in your cellar. This experience is reserved exclusively for guests of the Houses.
