Overlooking the Grand Bassin pool, the delicate stone L'Orangerie stands in the heart of the citrus orchard, its fruity perfume gently mixing with the air. Here and all day long, the atmosphere is more relaxed, in a real gourmet getaway. Cocktails and tapas are revealed in a thousand and one different ways: masterfully composed cold platters, alongside light vegetable fritters from the gardens or even acacia flowers. Small portions allow guests to play with different flavours, exploring the region's palate while letting themselves be carried away by the venue's simple, yet refined charm.

As a passionate producer and wine lover first and foremost, the restaurant offers a rich and carefully crafted wine list to ensure subtle pairings with the dishes made in the kitchen. Among the cellar's treasures, you'll discover the winery's five vintages, as well as a few exclusives specially preserved to be tasted on site. For example, you'll discover the exceptional singularity of the Oenoteca micro cuvées, the Cuvée Casteddu – matured in oak barrels to give character and finesse – or the Cuvée Domaine Saparale, the winery's oldest, revealing all the wealth of this site's history. And to even further enrich this wine-tasting experience, a selection of crus from France, Spain and Italy, masterfully discovered and selected by the host, round off the menu.
